One of the first few high rise condominiums with complete facilities on the East Coast of Singapore, named Hawaii Towers was developed jointly by Tolaram in early 1980’s. It still stands even today as an iconic building visible as one drives to the airport from the city. Every apartment unit was sold upon its completion.
