Formerly a textile spinning and weaving plant owned by the Group, this 11 hectares site has obtained construction approval to construct a 220 metre high mixed-use building which could potentially be the tallest building structure in the Baltics.
It also boasts monumental and masculine heritage buildings which will be converted into high end and loft apartments. It sits on the edge of Tallinn’s proposed green belt and the entire development has approval for a Gross Floor Area of over 200,000 square metre.
The Group intends to develop this in phases starting in 2011 and completed by end 2015.
