Management Associates Program
We have a Management Associate program that offers opportunities to qualified graduates in Business Management to make careers in our Group. We also conduct campus recruitments in selected Management Institutes for sourcing talent for this purpose. The overall objective of this program is to provide exposure to such inductees and groom them for senior management/ leadership positions.

Chartered Accountants
We also recruit freshly qualified Chartered Accountants in our Nigerian operations for on-the-job training and grooming. We offer them growth opportunities not just in Finance function, but also in other aspects of businesses with a view to grooming talent for senior level management/ leadership positions.
