Horizon Pulp and Paper Ltd is Estonia’s only producer of quality unbleached sack kraft paper and supplies its standard and semi extensible grade papers to over 50 countries around the world. The factory was first established in 1939 and has undergone various modernisation programmes since Tolaram’s acquisition in 1995. Today it produces superior quality packaging paper grades supplied to leading material suppliers and packaging companies.
Further plans are afoot to enhance our production capability and reduce energy and other input costs.
It also produces green energy which it supplies to Eesti Energia, the State electricity company.
